I've got the same issues with headphones falling out - have struggled with it for years, and tried so many different types.

Only solution I've found is to wear a hat - which is alright at this time of year. I wear a sweatband in the summer over my ears which works as well, but makes me look like a bit of an idiot!

I have to admit they where really doing my head in but I need my tunes!!!, I got some over head ones but they are massive, so probably no good for running, I try clipping them somewhere else on my running top...maybe tape them to my head ;-)

The headphones problem is something I have masses of experience with, normally being a fully "wired runner". If you're stuck with these ones try clipping the wire to the top of your shirt leaving enough slack for the headphones to be comfortable in your ears. This will stop them pulling out of your ears as the pull will only yank your shirt! If you're looking for new headphones consider old school over the head ones - I wouldn't bother with those "clip to your ear" sports ones as they can hurt quite a bit. Little niggles like that really bother me when working out! Good luck with the rest of the month.
